What is wrong with people?!

What the hell is up with this city?! There is no way to afford living here without living pay check to pay check. Even for a decent apartment that isn’t downtown, you’re looking at paying AT LEAST $1,500 if not more.

There is no way for someone to start their life with an apartment here. This city is insane!

Oh linda, shut up would you? 1/3rd of your gross income should go to rent? Let me guess you think a wedding ring should cost a man 3 years wages as well? You and Diane are probably greedy landlords. How about you and her take a pay cut, tighten up your belt and waistline a little and cut your tenants a break on rent. High rent prices are killing our economy when people work just to pay their landlords, and the lazy fucks just snort it or eat it all up. That money could be better spent in the community after all.

Pay your rent, 21$ an hour is enough! Use social services if you have to, just pay your rent. Can’t bullshit a bullshitter. Pay your rent. Can’t bullshitabullshitter. I’m a bullshitter mooooooooooo!

I wondered how my neighbor could afford to renovate the house, buy a bunch of new toys and vehicles, start a business, landscape the yard, all during the pandemic when 85% of people were out of work. Turns out he’s a drug dealer. Maybe that is the key to “success” start dealing drugs and don’t get caught.

I know it’s crazy, not just the city either unfortunately, plenty townships have rent at $1,200, it’s rare to find anything under $1,000, hence why me and a couple friends are talking about getting an apartment together to help make things easier and less stressful specially since some of us are going back to school/going to college etc, it’s the only way to survive unfortunately. Even if it means starting off with a one or two bedroom it’s better than nothing.
