Urgent snow bank removal

I am in desperate need of having snow banks removed at end of my driveway. I need the snow taken away. Not just moved.
Need done ASAP
I am on a very busy street in New Sudbury and it has become impossible to see to pull out into traffic.
Yes I have made several calls to snow removal companies but they won’t do a one time need.

Can I just ask, did you pile your snow there? At the end of your driveway? Just curious .

Amber Lee-Ann no because sometimes the view is blocked by the neighbor putting their snow there in the same direction the car needs to exit on.
      But okay?

Gail Decaire That is exactly my case. I have a snow plow that does my driveway and pushes it to the side of my driveway. So my neighbor pushes his snow towards my pile so its not in his way. He said he has to do it because he planted cedar trees along the side of his driveway and doesnt want to ruin them. He’s a jerk though lol

Kim Parkerawe that sucks, maybe file a complaint with city for the city truck! Because if you get hit , at least you A complaint filed. The city cleared my neighbor big mountain, so that’s why I asked. There’s a lot of snow and it sucks, more on its way. As for the neighbors, sucks cause you sometimes want it to be peaceful at least for me anyway lol.
      Good
      Luck

Gail Decaire I called to see what could be done. The city said they dont deal with snow anymore its not a bylaw problem, It is now a civil law, you have to go to small claims court for any snow disputes like this. But i do get along with the neighbor, so I wouldn’t do that. It would probably be a war afterwards, and its not worth it. It will melt by umm lets say the end of july lol

Gail Decaire That makes sense, I guess that’s why they came to clean it because it was really their fault. Good thing for you

  5. Do back into your driveway or drive in. If you drive in, try backing in until the situation is resolved.

Same here, we have to pull right out onto the street to see if anything is coming. The city wont do anything about it, we just have to wait till it melts

You can pay to have a backhoe come in to remove it. I did so last Friday, and got the issue resolved. Just google it.

  8. It needs to be done all over town.
You will have to hire a backhoe to come have it done.

Is the city liable if you get killed pulling out of your driveway due to gross negligence?

Are you useless? Do it yourself…I do. Do you want your fucking driveway done while we’re at it? Go get an ice chipper at canadian tire (about 15-20 bucks), put your boots on and get out there and hack it down. Who cooks your food and cleans your house for you? Are you able to dress yourself when you get out of bed? What is with people these days? Its snow, not concrete.
