Tim Hortons Employee
To the lady at Tim Hortons in the mall yesterday (Friday June 26). I placed my order for a few things and after upon inspection of my order, I forgot to tell the cashier I needed an extra cup. Yes this was my fault. So I kindly asked you for an extra one. The employee I asked grabbed it. On your way back, I noticed the cashier didn’t give us straws or napkins and it is no longer out for people to grab, so again I kindly asked you if you could grab them for me. You rolled your eyes at me like it was the biggest chore of your life.
It was very didrespectful. I hope your day went well because doing things at an establishment like that could really affect customer service.
I know it could have been a much worse encounter but if you don’t like doing things for others, please refrain from working at a custimer service industry.
