Snow Shovelling Fraud!
Beware of a guy in the West End that solicits snow shovelling with his self employed business. He typically does one or two jobs, then offers a discount on a Seasonal Rate.
Once he receives it, he disappears! He presents himself as Shawn M****.
He’s of thin build, brown hair, about 5’5″ tall and appears to be about mid 20’s to 30ish.
Be careful! He’s defrauded a few of us neighbours.
