Don’t believe me check the rentals over this price point, many are rentals that haven’t rented in months but the landlord keeps reposting with the pictures in a different order.
It’s like those businesses that are open yet never make a sale or have any customers, just a front for money laundering. They don’t care if they can’t rent out their units. On paper they are rented out and renovated. They are the same ones bringing in fentanyl into our country and causing an opioid crisis.
