Plumbing advice

I’ve recently found out that my boyfriend defecates in the shower. I could definitely accept urination , I needed to question this. He said all the pipes in the house empty into the same pipe. I’m thinking otherwise.

Could the fecal matter destroy my pipes ? FYI , he is a very large individual , he said it is much easier and cleaner for him to poop in the shower vs the toilet .

Comments , suggestions?

Getting in the shower to get your dirty ass clean is one thing, taking a full on shit in there is another….

Pooping in the shower drain is like trying to poop through a screen door, only works if you drank enough molson the night before.

Even though i think this question is made up, i’m going to give you an intelligent answer. Yes, your boyfriend is correct about it all connecting to the same pipe. All of your drains (sinks, toilets, shower) connect to a main sanitary line, and that takes the waste out to the sewer or septic system. Now, the problem here is clogging the shower drain pipe. The toilet and sanitary line are about 4″ in diameter, whereas the sink and shower drains are less than 2″ in diameter. I really wonder how he hasn’t clogged it yet. No matter how you look at it though, pooping in the shower is fucking gross
