Pioneer Manner Nurses Now Under Mandate

Today is a Sad day for those who reside in Pioneer Manor. Pioneer Manor is the only city ran long-term care facility in the Greater City of Sudbury. All staff of Pioneer Manor has been given a 45-day notice to adhere to the required Vax Mandate or face the consequence of no longer earning a living.

Over the past few years, it’s no secret Pioneer has struggled with staff shortages which have left Nurses, PSW, and other sectors extremely short-staffed on the floor. Although Pioneer has been proactively trying to hire, the city will now be letting over 20% of its staff go come November putting the lives of patients at risk.

I want to cry, is this who we’ve become? These are the same Hero’s that stood at the bedside of our family members & loved ones through this pandemic and would fight through the fears & tears to complete their duties. Short-handed wearing the most uncomfortable PPE they fought through every day to come back and do it all over again.

These Health Hero’s, are not flat earthers nor are they denying the moon landing. They have been working in this field, some for as long as 45 years. Over 60% of Health Hero’s are against taking this vax but have been forced to do so.

Think about that for a moment. You’re sitting in your hospital bed and 60% of the Health Hero’s come to tell you not to take what the doctor is about to give you, and they are seriously concerned and willing to give up their whole career and have their children go without to tell you the risks. Would you stop and question it? Or would simply dismiss them as being delusional?

Enough is enough, by law, medical staff is not allowed to walk out on Strike, but they can be dismissed without justification, simply based on the fear of “What If”.

Please Stand up and fight, because they fight every day for you!

    I would dismiss them, because the doctor are the one with the appropriate training to make the decision, not the nurses and PSW’s. Not trying to be dismissive of the training of these folx at all, just saying there is a huge difference between the amount of training and if it comes down to it I will always default to the advice of the doctor over the nurse

    Giving up a career rather than taking an experimental jab should make people question the narrative. They see what the news doesn’t tell you. It’s not just health care its all fields. If people did the research and not just liberal news you would find your answers. You wont like what you find outside of mainstream media but at least you will know the truth.

        If you looked passed your bias you would see that it is written by a doctor. Anything that is not liberal is always far right extremism or racisms, or it hurts your feelings. Give me a break. Next you will say that Wikipedia and Snopes are actual good sources of info .

With headlines like “Once covid is over the elites will go to war” and “HOW THE ROTHSCHILDS USE MASS SURVEILLANCE AND NANOTECH BIOWEAPONS TO SUSTAIN THE IMPERIAL BRITISH WORLD ORDER” I highly doubt both the credentials and the training of this supposed “doctor” as the author of this website. I just did a cursory search, but can find no name for who the website actually belongs to. So, not even a bias, just some simple investigative work only, shows this entire website to just be spouting a pile of ridiculous “theories”. Still asking what makes this source of yours a reliable one and who is funding it?

      It’s all about choices…if you don’t like the rules you can find another place to work. They are not giving up their career, just choosing to work elsewhere. People like you like to try to spin things to make them sound more dramatic than they really are just for reaction. Settle down

Your statistics are as ridiculous as this post and, if you had any true empathy whatsoever for the Health Heroes of this pandemic, you would stop pushing this fantasy agenda of yours and stop trying to pull on people’s heart strings. IF people are ‘dismissed’ for not being vaccinated it will absolutely be justified, and THE LAW AGREES!
