No urgency in the emergency room
When someone goes into the emergency room saying they are having alot of chest pain they can’t breathe they have a history of haveing lung collapses and has all the symptoms of a lung collapse you DON’T make them wait over 6 hours to see a doctor and don’t brush them off!!!
Nurses being rude making them wait and even telling them they are faking they don’t have a collapsed lung!! Even if the xray doesn’t see it DO MORE INVESTIGATION!! More testing maybe they have bronchitis or pneumonia or a lung infection! Put them in a room and observe them why they cant breath or have chest pains!
You guys sent them home fully knowing they were having a hard time breathing and chest pains! SHAM ON ALL YOU! What happened to your vows to help?? Hope you can look yourself in the mirror all you cared about is getting a covid test tell them to massage the area that hurts! DO YOUR JOB!!!!! This was a woman in need of help and you refused it! She begged you for help and all you refused it! This is our finest hospital and staff everyone dont they look cute??
