Needing Info

I have 3 nickles with ridges around them like the big nickle we have here in Sudbury, I would like to know how much I would get for them.

Would they be worth anything? One is from 1953, the other 1961, and 1960. Crazy to ask this but it is worth a try.

Gotta be like a dime and another nickel. I’d say 15 pennies but those are gone and probably slowly climbing in value

Unless they are uncirculated or have some unusual variety, they are not worth much more than face value, and a commercial buyer of coins will offer you much less than any market value.

Google says 1.50-2$ for a Jefferson nickel in 1953 and google says 5 cents 1962 prices and values. The value of a canadian coin depends on several factors such as quality and wear, supply and demand, rarity, finish and more. The melt and minimum value of a 5 cents 1962 is $0.07
