Looking For Help Cleaning

I am looking for someone to help me deep clean my apartment. I live in an apartment and would like someone to help me deep clean it. I realize I’m a capable person but after a few months of being (very) depressed and having minimal time off between work and taking care of a sick family member I have become too stretched out for my own good. I am good at the main “daily” cleaning but honestly it’s be one too much for me to keep up with. I think having someone come help me do one big clear out would really help reset my brain (or at least make things more attainable).

I don’t have a ton of money but obviously would be willing/able to pay. Shouldn’t be more than 2-3 hours and i would be there doing things too. Just need a cleaning buddy to kick my ass lol
