I’m really starting to notice how lazy People are.

Why do most people in my life act like owning a home or having good credit is hard??

I’m 19 years old, been living on my own a year and after the first 4 months it has been the easiest part of life I have ever experienced. I have a full time job and I make $2 more then Minimum wage, so it not like I’m making big bucks, yet I have never had trouble paying my rent or any other bill on time. I also still have money to put in my savings and still to treat myself when I’m not working.

Did I mention I don’t have my highschool diploma? Because I promise it’s not that standing in anyone elses way 😉

One positive response and two mean bitchy ones. Ignore them. You are on the right track. Avoid negative people like these two.

Wow, a whole year on your own. No wonder you feel you can judge others. You haven’t factored in things like very costly unexpected emergencies that can happen at any moment like job loss, or illness with very expensive medication not covered, or a boyfriend/girlfriend, a weddiing, etc. Good for you for making it like a boss so far, but the true test lies in what choices you make in the future. If you’re smart you’ll save money and invest it wisely, but life has a way of taking indiscrimately, so be warned

And then your car breaks, your place burns down, you get laid off , you get hurt at work etc. Shit happens and sometimes life gives you lemons. So ya until you have an actual hardship you will have no idea of how hard things can be at times. At 19 you are hardly in a position to judge others. You haven’t really lived life yet. Just wait, your shit storm will come.
