Cut back 50% of senior “management”. Reduce the civilians in the police dept.
They need to plug a $14 million hole in the budget to keep it at a 3.9 raise. If not, it will be more.
They need to start offing council members survivor style. “Tribal council” until someone can figure out how to run this city efficiently and cheaply. We could have two teams “Team managers” and “Team mayor”, I think that’s the only way we’ll see our city prosper.
Ha…our elected personal are going to the table asking for a. 4.8..
That is for water and apparently you can expect that to go up at similar rates for the next 20 years!

Twice as much for half the service, now that’s a steal of a deal all right.
Missisauga has nearly 3000 people per square kilometer.Sudbury has 49 people per square kilometer. Yet you think that our city could run taxing each individual in each city the same dollar amount?I’m not saying our council is the most competent but your comparison is assinine and pointless.
