Congratulations Extendacare

I would like to shine some light on how Extendacare mandates there staff to be vaccinated for the “betterment” of the residents.

However, tend to look over the growing bed bug problems (which residents describe the incapacitated as blood buffets), the unsanitary conditions from sitting in fecal matter, along with infected bedsores and the patient on patient physical abuse. So congrats on laying off, (firing) people who are trying to make a difference and were last years healthcare heros.

Staffing just got shorter, residents just got ignored. But hey…big check for corporation! Well done at failing residents and innocent people trying to pay there bills and feed there families.

A group of long-term care home and retirement home chains had also set deadlines of Tuesday for staff to be vaccinated or placed on unpaid leave. They didn’t disclose numbers of staff that were placed on leave, but most said they had achieved high vaccination rates, with 96 per cent of employees having received at least one dose

These health care heroes don’t sound very innocent and heroic to me. Culpable seems like a better descriptor, if the conditions are as you say. If true, those employees should have reported all of these infractions and resigned.

Glad everyone is patting themselves on the back all virtuous and Noble for saving their own skin for a virus that has infected about 4% of the population and killed mostly octagenarians in the aforementioned care homes.
