Cannon on wheels in the 50s Flour Mill

In the early 50s there was a Cannon on Huge Wheels
In a pit behind Sunbeam Meats on Bond Street! It was close to
A residence of the Rouleau Family! A house was built where the Cannon was! Was the cannon used for fill or was it transported
Somewhere? Would anybody out there know anything at all about this cannon the history?? Thank you Sudbury!!

There is no cannon on the grounds of St.Jean de Brébeuf…chances are it’s at one of the legions or the armories

On St Charles street there is the Flour Mill Museum – it’s a little house type thing. Perhaps there, or they know where.

Anybody that would be able to solve this mystery would be somebody’s grandma and grandpa that lived on Bond Street back in the 50s and 60s behind and close to the old Sunbeam Meats store? The people would be around 70 years!!!
