Asshole driver

Anyone else see the guy driving the black toyota 4runner like a chimp on cocaine over the last few days? Saw him driving insanely fast twice, one of which was on cote in Hanmer. When he blew by me I thought for sure he was running from the cops or he was being chased by a fighter jet or something.

If anyone knows this supersonic asshole please smack him.
