Shoutout Admin: Just Letting You Know of a Post Schedule Change, and Thank You!

Just a quick heads up to all 28,252 of you on Facebook, Twitter, e-mail & push notification receivers (Wow!!), I’ve gone ahead and made some small changes to the daily scheduling of new post releases. Nothing major, but we will now be posting 1 new post every single hour – on the hour – starting at 7 am, all the way throughout the day until we either A) run out of newly received posts, or B) hit our daily limit of 15 new posts and have our last post of the day go out at 9 pm (if there’s overflow, it would be released at 7 am the next day). (Anyone wishing to unsubscribe to push notifications but is unsure how, simply go to on your phone and/or computer and tap on the little bell at the bottom-right corner. I understand that receiving a push notification on the hour all day every day can be annoying to some.)

Of course, if we start getting more than 15 posts per day, I will start posts at 6 am, and go up until as late as 11 pm. If we start getting a massive influx of posts, I’ll go back to how it was before, and release a new post once every 30 minutes throughout the day. We were releasing new posts every 30 minutes at times, but then we’d run out of posts very early in the day. Anyway, just a small change that many of you may not even care about, but I figured I’d let you know. This starts as of this very post.

I’d just like to quickly thank you all for being a part of this community, and for making it what it has become. We’ve had our ups and downs, but overall I’ve really been proud of this community. Shoutout Sudbury, thank each and every one of you for your continued support for this community, and for making use of it day in and day out. It simply wouldn’t exist without you. Let’s make it the absolute best that it can be. Please take a moment out of your day to send in a message for the people of Sudbury. We’re listening. We’re always listening. <3 — Jody Mitoma
